The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pound throws a body punch but Sanburg moves out of range.
Pound jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Sanburg changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pound tries to avoid it but Sanburg manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pound to the ground. Pound escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Sanburg changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pound looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Pound on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Pound tries to get out of the position.
The ground and pound from Sanburg seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Sanburg tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Sanburg has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Brad Pound.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Pound, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
