Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arstan Selmy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hiroshi Tetsuo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tetsuo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Selmy sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Tetsuo closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Selmy has one foot on Tetsuo's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Arstan Selmy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hiroshi Tetsuo.
Selmy lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Selmy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Selmy cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The referee warns Tetsuo that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
