Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barry White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matthew Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barry White has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Barry White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Matthew Kane! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Kane. No joy for White on that attempt. Kane misses with a takedown attempt and White counters with a nice double leg into guard. White stopping the sweep attempt from Kane. White stays in close to Kane's body and controls the position. Kane wants to sweep but no luck. Kane looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but White puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Kane trying to hold on to White's head to control him but White postures up.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. White lands a nice short elbow. Kane missing with punches from the bottom.
Kane slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. White thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Kane working for a triangle but White defends it easily.
White controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. White would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Kane tries to land a sweep but no joy. White pushing down on Kane's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Kane tries to roll over but White keeps him under control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. White blocks the strikes from Kane.
White works his foot free and advances to mount. White sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Kane can't escape the position.
Kane is controlling an arm, preventing White from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
White controlling the position easily from mount. Kane is working to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White controlling his opponent. Kane working to try and regain half guard.
Kane looks gassed! Kane gets back to half guard. Kane wants to get back to full guard but White has passed into side control. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, White cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Kane reaches up to try and control the position but White seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Kane rolls and tries to escape and now White has his back!
White scores with punches and elbows. Kane manages to reverse the position and now he's in White's guard. Nice work there by Kane.
That's four minutes gone in the round. White looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Kane postures up.
White wants to get back to his feet but Kane is in a dominant position and won't allow it. White is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Kane throws and elbow that misses. White uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Kane's guard. Nice move by White! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kane trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. White passes Kane's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Kane works his way to full guard. Good work. Kane throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
White would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Barry White dominated that round. That's time! White's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Kane fails with the takedown and White counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. White is looking to clinch but Kane is avoiding it.
White takes the fight into the clinch. White breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. White doesn't manage to clinch there - Kane circles away.
Kane misses with a takedown attempt - White sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kane shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and White counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Barry White has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matthew Kane. White wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kane keeps working. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. White wants to stand but Kane has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. White with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. White wants to work for an arm triangle but Kane is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Kane is trying to maintain the position but White is very close to passing his half guard. Kane is pressing down on White's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Kane looking to hit a scissor sweep but White is one step ahead there. White advances to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. White seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Kane wants to control but White is keeping busy.
Kane connecting with a few gentle strikes. Kane regains full guard. Nicely done. Kane is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Kane lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Kane is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Kane looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kane drops an elbow to the side of White's head. White wants to improve his position but Kane is controlling well.

White is looking to control Kane's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can White avoid being mounted? Kane has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Kane working over White with some ground and pound. White looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Kane not landing any meaningful shots this time. Kane missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. White wants to get back to his feet.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. White motions for Kane to come forward. White throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. White doesn't succeed with the takedown and Kane counters with a shoot takedown. White fights it but they end up in guard. White working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Kane. Kane avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. White tries to land a sweep but no joy. Kane with a nice head shot there. White trying to control the position here. Kane slips nicely into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Barry White will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

White looking for a sweep. Not yet White, not yet. White keeping moving, preventing Kane from controlling successfully. Kane postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Barry White overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Kane pushing down on White's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. White is pressing down on Kane's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Kane trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but White manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

White throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kane works some decent striking defense from the bottom. White is stalling in the full guard. White trying to control but Kane is working from the bottom. Kane is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
White passes into half guard under a barage of strikes. White slows the pace down in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. White trying to control the action but Kane is working from the bottom. Kane tries to regain full guard. Instead though, White has advanced to mount. Uh oh. White content just to control the position here. Kane tries to improve his position but instead White has taken his back! White lands a shot to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kane just trying to survive but White is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Kane tries to escape the position.
White is punishing Kane with strikes - can he finish him?! Kane is trying to defend against the choke here but White has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. White Tightens the hold and Kane taps out furiously! White displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Barry White!
