The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.

Piotrov is pressed up against the cage. Garrison has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Piotrov down to the mat. Piotrov avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Piotrov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Garrison. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Garrison stands up over Piotrov, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Garrison is pushing down on Piotrov's leg trying to pass to half guard. Piotrov is fighting to maintain full guard but Garrison has managed to sneak the leg through.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Piotrov can do anything to dispel that myth.

Garrison lands a strong strike to the head of Piotrov. That's dazed him! Garrison looking to finish here. Piotrov is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Garrison lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
