Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Angelo Michael (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Shirley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Michael comes to the cage accompanied by Stairway to Heaven. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Michael lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Michael moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Shirley is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Michael.
A good leg kick by Shirley.
Some wild striking there from Michael.
Shirley misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Shirley fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Michael sprawls well initially but Shirley persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Shirley takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Michael is in trouble now - Shirley has advanced to mount!
Michael has left one of his arms exposed and Shirley doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Michael screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
