Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Fabian Cameron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kiyoshi Matsumoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matsumoto has chosen Carl Douglas - Kung fu fighting as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
25 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Fabian Cameron! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
24 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kiyoshi Matsumoto! The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Roger Salmon and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Matsumoto swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Matsumoto throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Matsumoto clobbers Cameron with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Cameron on the wrong end of a nice hook. Matsumoto has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Cameron finds it's way round the side to connect with Matsumoto's head. Cameron just misses with a punch to the body.
Matsumoto throws a shot from downtown. Cameron moves away and avoids it. Cameron swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Matsumoto defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Cameron. Cameron feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Matsumotos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Cameron checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Matsumoto is looking to chop away at Cameron's legs. Cameron takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Matsumoto lands a jab to Cameron's midsection. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Matsumoto misses with an uppercut. Matsumoto throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Cameron counters with a nice uppercut. Cameron ducks under a wild hook from Matsumoto.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cameron scores with a crisp jab that stopped Matsumoto in his tracks. Matsumoto connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Matsumoto takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Cameron checks a leg kick. Matsumoto displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Cameron. Matsumoto misses with an uppercut. Matsumoto manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Cameron on his heels. He'll look to pass Cameron's guard now, I'm sure. Matsumoto tries to free his leg and advance position but Cameron is retaining full guard. Matsumoto works over Cameron with some ground and pound from guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Matsumoto postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Matsumoto makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Cameron has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Matsumoto can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Matsumoto throwing strikes from guard but Cameron blocks nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cameron wants to hit a switch here but Matsumoto passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Cameron there! Cameron is wriggling around trying to escape.
Matsumoto landing punches. Matsumoto lands a big elbow. Cameron is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Matsumoto with shots to the head and body - Cameron looks very uncomfortable down there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Matsumoto breaks from Cameron's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Cameron is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Matsumoto connects with a bit shot that sees Cameron covering up! More strikes from Matsumoto and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Matsumoto is our winner by TKO!
