Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Haukka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Deurell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as John Deurell enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Daniel Haukka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, John Deurell! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Haukka wants to clinch but Deurell slips to the side and Deurell counters by moving into the clinch. Deurell drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Haukka gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Haukka's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Deurell lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. The fight moves into the clinch position. Deurell blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Deurell wants to break the clinch but can't.
Deurell is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Haukka gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Deurell successfully pulls guard.
Deurell wants to sweep but no luck. Deurell looking to control.
Haukka will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Haukka won't allow Deurell to sweep him here.
That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Deurell is on top in guard.
Deurell is stalling in the full guard. Haukka on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Haukka tries to get out of the position.
OK we're going to have a standup here. John Deurell hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Haukka swinging wildly here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Deurell pushes Haukka up against the cage in a clinch. Haukka with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Deurell can't break the clinch.
Deurell has hold of one of Haukka's legs. Haukka is fighting the takedown attempt but Deurell gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Deurell has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Haukka is proving hard to escape from. Deurell stays in close to Haukka's body and controls the position. Deurell content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Deurell sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Haukka's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Deurell is taking a breather. Haukka says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Deurell tries to pass to full mount but Haukka defends it. Deurell thows a huge punch but Haukka dodges it nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. John Deurell wasn't active enough on the ground. Deurell lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Deurell clinches with his opponent.
Deurell manages to pull guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Deurell pulls Haukka in close to his closed guard and prevents Haukka from doing any damage or advancing position. Deurell looking for a sweep. Not yet Deurell, not yet. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Haukka would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Deurell dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Haukka gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Haukka being controlled here, momentarily. Deurell advances position into side control! Deurell wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Haukka, who protects the arm well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Deurell throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Haukka is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Deurell asserts his dominance and retains side control. Haukka seems a little lost for a moment, as Deurell dominates the positioning.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Haukka is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Deurell throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Deurell trying to control the position but Haukka is working away. Deurell working the ground and pound. Sloppy strikes there by Deurell. Haukka taking punishment in the form of punches.
Deurell wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Haukka, who protects the arm well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Deurell taking a breather here. Deurell has hold of Haukka's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Haukka seems comfortable defending it but Deurell has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Haukka is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Haukka is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Deurell couldn't care less - he's delighted!
