Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chris Griffin! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dirt doesn't succeed with the takedown and Griffin counters with a one-two to the body. Griffin closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Dirt did well to prevent Griffin getting side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Griffin thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Griffin keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Griffin not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Griffin controlling the action here. Griffin has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Griffin takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Griffin lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Dirt misses with some strikes from the bottom.
