Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tim Waganowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pretzel Vendor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tim Waganowski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pretzel Vendor! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Donatello Bradman and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice body punch from Waganowski. Vendor tries for a takedown but Waganowski sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Vendor looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Waganowski is fending him off so far but Vendor persists. Nope, Waganowski circles away and we're back to standing. Vendor avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Waganowski darts in and clinches Vendor up against the cage. Waganowski prevents the takedown attempt.
Tim Waganowski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pretzel Vendor. Vendor wants a takedown.
Vendor is trying to drag Waganowski to the mat but Waganowski just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Waganowski's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Waganowski lunges at Vendor with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Vendor's hand.
It looks like Pretzel Vendor has been cut. Waganowski scores with a jab. Vendor acknowledges it with a nod of the head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Waganowski scores with a three punch combo!
Vendor's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Waganowski connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Vendor scrambles back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vendor throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tim Waganowski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Vendor on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Vendor takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Vendor moves out of range of the leg kick from Waganowski. Waganowski shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Vendor eats them both and turns towards Waganowski to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Vendor dives in and scores a takedown into Waganowski's guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Vendor stays in close to Waganowski's body and controls the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. This has been an exciting period of action! It looks like Vendor might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Vendor drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Vendor jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vendor stops Waganowski from standing up. Vendor wants to control from the top but Waganowski keeps moving. Vendor passes into half guard. Waganowski tries to get to full guard but Vendor has control of the leg. Vendor stalling.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vendor is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Waganowski has managed to free his arm - good work. Vendor content to control rather than advance. Vendor is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Vendor throws some wild stikes that Waganowski manages to avoid easily.
Waganowski is looking to improve his position but Vendor isn't that keen on the idea. Vendor throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Waganowski has his hands clasped together but Vendor breaks the hold and Waganowski is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Vendor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Pretzel Vendor!
