Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nickolas Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stickem Kickem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stickem Kickem will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Nickolas Diaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Stickem Kickem!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz looking to score a takedown here. Kickem is defending well but Diaz drives through and ends up in Kickem's guard.
Diaz passes Kickem's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Diaz is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Diaz looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kickem with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Kickem pushes Diaz off looking to stand but Diaz dives back in and keeps control.
Diaz is pressing down on Kickem's thigh, looking to free his foot. Kickem is holding on for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Diaz thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kickem won't allow Diaz to pass to mount.
Ground and pound from Diaz.
Diaz is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kickem defends it well.
Diaz slows the pace down in half guard.
Diaz's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Diaz has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Kickem trying to hold on to Diaz's head to control him but Diaz postures up.
Diaz takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Kickem stuffs the takedown attempt from Diaz. Diaz gets slowly back to his feet.
Kickem scores with a head kick.
It looks like Nickolas Diaz has been cut.
Stickem Kickem is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Diaz shoots in for a double leg but Kickem sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kickem scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Diaz shoots in looking for a takedown. Kickem tries to sprawl out of it but Diaz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kickem manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nickolas Diaz. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Diaz slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Kickem wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Diaz has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Kickem's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Kickem is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Diaz!
