With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Micheal ONeill!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Albert Achterberg and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woosier throws a big shot that misses.
ONeill closes this distance looking for a takedown but Woosier circles away.
ONeill shoots in but no luck this time.
ONeill slips a straight right by Woosier.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Woosier misses with a few strikes there.

ONeill shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than ONeill was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

The referee asks ONeill politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. ONeill prefers to stall for the moment though.

Woosier is working to avoid the ground and pound but ONeill connects with a decent elbow.

ONeill tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no ONeill has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Woosier tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

ONeill breaks from Woosier's wrist control and lands an elbow.
ONeill postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Woosier looks a forlorn figure.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
ONeill lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
ONeill takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
It looks like ONeill might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
ONeill has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, ONeill cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

ONeill quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for ONeill but it's paid off an Woosier is forced to tap! Nice work by ONeill.
