Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Terry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pjotr Borgir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Terry comes to the cage accompanied by This Is Halloween by Marilyn Manson. Borgir has chosen Der Erste Krieg as his entrance music. Johnny Terry has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Chris Saunders and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borgir with a lazy takedown attempt
and Terry counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Terry throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Borgir doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Terry tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Borgir was well out of range. Poor timing from Terry.
Borgir fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Terry avoids it really well and circles away.

Borgir tries for a takedown but Terry sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Johnny Terry has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pjotr Borgir.

Borgir has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Borgir there as he acknowledges the shot.

Terry scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Borgir looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Terry is fending him off so far but Borgir persists. Nope, Terry circles away and we're back to standing.

Terry ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Borgir takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Johnny Terry is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Terry throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Borgir throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Terry's waist but Terry gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Borgir off to one side.

and Terry counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Terry is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Terry fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Borgir shoots in and drives through. Terry sprawls well.

Borgir shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Terry pinned against the cage. Terry gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Terry tries to move into range but Borgir moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Terry thuds a left hand into Borgir's body.
Borgir is trying desperately to land a takedown but Terry is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Borgir.
Terry slaps away a takedown attempt from Borgir, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Borgir shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Terry as he avoids it easily.
Borgir fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Terry avoids it really well and circles away.

The fighters circle momentarily. Terry darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Borgir moves forwards but Terry connects with a nice, crisp jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Borgir tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Terry swivels and escapes.
Terry connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Terry keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Terry feints and then cracks Borgir's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Borgir down.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

and Terry counters with a lovely straight right hand!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnny Terry dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Borgir drops his hands momentarily and Terry takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Borgir shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Borgir takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

and Borgir takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Borgir takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Borgir needs to keep his hands up - Terry had a free shot at his head there.

Terry is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Borgir is controlling him.
Borgir has gone for a leg lock! Terry slips out almost immediately though and dives into Borgir's guard.

Borgir escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Terry gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Borgir is looking to pass Terry's guard but actually Terry recovers to full guard.

Borgir passes Terry's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Terry is trying to stand.
Borgir moves nicely into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Terry wants to get back to his feet.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Borgir has hold of Terry's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Terry seems comfortable defending it but Borgir has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Terry is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Terry is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Borgir couldn't care less - he's delighted!
