Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Trent Halloway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gareth Gobblecoque (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gareth Gobblecoque is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gareth Gobblecoque!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halloway slaps away a takedown attempt from Gobblecoque, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Gobblecoque looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Halloway throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Halloway tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gobblecoque was well out of range. Poor timing from Halloway.
Halloway connects with a good right hand that stumbles Gobblecoque. Gobblecoque circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Gareth Gobblecoque has been cut.
Gobblecoque fails with a takedown attempt.
Halloway throws a series of punches but Gobblecoque avoids them all with ease.
Halloway throws a hook to the side of Gobblecoque's head but Gobblecoque sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Gobblecoque defending well as Halloway loads up on a big left hand.
Halloway looks to score with a jab to the body but Gobblecoque is just out of range.
Gobblecoque dives in and grabs Halloway's left leg, looking for a takedown. Halloway pushes down on Gobblecoque's head and hops out.
Trent Halloway has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gareth Gobblecoque.
Gobblecoque on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Gobblecoque throws a wild hook but Halloway just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Gobblecoque gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Halloway raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Trent Halloway!
