Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between So Hai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson has chosen Action Bronson - Barry Horowitz as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, So Hai! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jeff Jackson! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson lands with a shot to the body. Jackson lands a two punch combo.
Jackson just misses with a punch to the body.
Jackson thows a left - swing and a miss! Nice defenses there by Hai. Jackson catches Hai with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Jackson connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Hai shoots in for a double leg but Jackson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hai fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Jackson is out of range. Hai misses with a head kick.

Hai moves out of range of the strikes. Jackson with a nice cross. Hai shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jackson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Hai wants to control from the top but Jackson keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson wants to sweep but no luck. Jackson is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Hai works over Jackson with some ground and pound from guard. Jackson has momentary wrist control but Hai slips an elbow through the middle. Hai trying to control but Jackson is working from the bottom. Jackson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hai manages to get himself to full guard.

Hai has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jackson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson pushes down on Hai's leg and manages to get into half guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hai wants to improve his position but Jackson is controlling well.
Jackson is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Jackson looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Hai won't allow Jackson to pass to mount. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Hai is looking to improve his position.
Hai is staying active underneath Jackson, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hai regains full guard. Nicely done. Hai had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Jackson defends it easily. Jackson looking to pass the guard. Jackson trying to control the position from guard on top but Hai is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jackson cracks Hai with a solid left hand. Hai is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. That's four minutes gone in the round. The strikes coming from Jackson are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Jackson trying to control the position but Hai is working away. Hai is looking to regain half guard here but Jackson keeps moving and retains side control. Jackson throws an elbow but Hai slips to the side and avoids it well. Hai stops Jackson from passing to mount. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jackson fails to land a wild elbow strike.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Hai struggling a bit here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hai is looking for a sweep. Jackson advances nicely into full mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jeff Jackson dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
A head kick misses from Jackson. Jackson tried to score with a low kick but Hai checks it. Hai looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Jackson! Jackson regains half guard there - taking advantage of Hai's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. Jackson actively working from the bottom here. Jackson is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Hai scores with a couple of nice shots. Jackson is trying to maintain the position but Hai is very close to passing his half guard. Hai seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. So Hai overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Hai trying to control from half guard but Jackson is working away.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of So Hai. Jackson checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. A head kick misses from Jackson. Hai shoots in and gets a takedown into Jackson's guard. Jackson looking for a guillotine here but Hai defends easily.
Jackson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Hai postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Jackson wants to stand but Hai is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hai trying to control but Jackson is working from the bottom. Hai lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Jackson is trying to control the position but Hai postures up. Hai is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jackson looking for a guillotine here but Hai defends easily.

Hai doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hai manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Jackson looking for a sweep. Not yet Jackson, not yet. Hai throws a big right hand that misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hai forces his way into half guard. Jackson looking for submissions off his back. Hai is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Jackson is trying to get back to full guard. Hai frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Hai looking to control and managing it successfully. Hai landing strikes, looking to finish! Hai has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Hai working for a submission but Jackson is keeping him at bay. Hai cracks Jackson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Hai can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Jackson is looking to escape. Jackson is in a horrible position here. Hai smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Jackson is in all sorts of trouble here.
Jackson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. BOOM! Hai connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Jackson is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Hai trying to control but he's not successful this time. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jackson gets back to half guard. Hai lands with a punch from half guard. Jackson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
So Hai dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Jackson is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Hai is staying active. Hai is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

He's controlling the position at the moment. Jackson is pressing down on Hai's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Jackson is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Hai rolls with it to try and escape but Jackson cranks on the arm and Hai is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
