Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nick Burns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Theoren Fleury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Theoren Fleury! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Burns shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fleury as he jumps to the side. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Fleury - that will leave a mark!
Fleury misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Burns shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fleury but Fleury pushes him off and we're back to square one. Fleury leaves Burns with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nick Burns. That's going to take a lot out of him. Burns shoots in for a takedown but Fleury shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Fleury stuffs the takedown attempt from Burns. Burns gets slowly back to his feet. Fleury lands with a thumping leg kick.

This has been an exciting period of action! Fleury cracks Burns with an open hand slap. Fleury throws a front kick that sends Burns stumbling back into the cage. Burns takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Fleury fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Burns has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Burns on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Fleury. Fleury obviously looking to wear him down.
Burns takes a body punch but keeps moving. An inside leg kick lands from Fleury. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Burns. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Fleury throws a head kick but Burns moves out of range.
Burns has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Fleury. Fleury lands with a thumping leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Fleury scores with a push kick. Burns moves forwards but Fleury connects with a nice, crisp jab. A chopping leg kick lands by Fleury. Fleury lands a nice leg kick that just misses Burns's sensitive parts. Fleury looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Theoren Fleury is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Fleury lands with a slapping head kick.
It looks like Nick Burns has been cut. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Fleury.
Burns on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Fleury scores with a push kick.

Burns is rocked! Fleury cracks the inside of Burns's front leg. Oh Burns is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Burns on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Burns seems to have got his legs back now. Fleury throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Burns's head. Fleury circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Burns drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Fleury follows Burns to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
