Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stan Otter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Iso Paha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Iso Paha will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Stan Otter! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Iso Paha! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Paha jabbing away but nothing is landing. Paha throws a jab but it's blocked by Otter. Some wild striking there from Paha.
Otter slips a straight right by Paha. Paha scoring well with a low kick there.
Otter tries to clinch up. Oooh a lovely combination from Paha sends Otter down but not out. Paha dives into side control looking to finish.
It looks like Stan Otter has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Otter trying to remain calm as Paha controls from the top position. Otter is not content to let Paha control the position. Otter is trying to control Paha's posture but Paha avoids it. Otter is looking to reverse the position. Paha is looking to take a break and control but Otter is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Otter sneaks back into half guard. Otter is staying active underneath Paha, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Paha is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Otter is trying to maintain the position but Paha is very close to passing his half guard. Paha is trying to control the action in half guard but Otter is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Otter is looking for a sweep. Paha is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Otter might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Paha content to control rather than advance. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Despite being in the dominant position, Iso Paha just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Paha pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Otter tries to clinch but Paha moves out of range. Iso Paha is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Paha circles away from the clinch attempt.
Otter tries to clinch up. Otter slips a jab from Paha. Iso Paha seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Otter gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Paha. Paha chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Otter gets a takedown into half guard. Paha slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Paha trying to control the position.
Otter is working Paha over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Paha wants to stand and escape but Otter is having none of it. Paha has control of Otter's left arm, preventing Otter from doing any damage. Paha wants to sweep here but Otter controlling him for the moment. Otter with a flurry of punches that miss. Otter stops Paha from standing up. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Otter accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Otter tries to close the distance and clinch but Paha swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Otter tries to clinch but Paha is having none of it. Paha scores with a hook. Paha misses with a two punch combination.
Paha avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
The fight stays on the outside here - Otter looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Otter wants to clinch up but Paha keeps it at a distance. Paha swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Otter wants to clinch. Otter tries to close the distance and clinch up but Paha swats him away and circles back towards the center. Paha is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Otter. Otter moves in looking to clinch but Paha pushes him off. Otter fails with an attempt to clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Paha throws a nice outside leg kick. Paha avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Paha throws a looping overhand right but Otter ducks down to avoid it. Otter moves into range and clinches up with Paha. Paha wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Otter tries for a takedown. No joy.
Otter is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Paha is keeping busy. Otter tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Otter keeps control of Paha as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Paha wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Paha prevents a body shot from Otter. Otter trying to stall but Paha improves his position.
Paha is trying to break free. A right handed body shot lands from Otter.
Paha escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Otter shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Otter showed some decent athleticism there. Paha looks gassed! The fighters are battling for position here. Paha manages to regain full guard. Nice work. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Otter stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Paha swivels though and keeps the full guard. Otter scores with a decent looking elbow strike. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Iso Paha dominated that round. The cut man is working on Stan Otter's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Otter is looking to clinch but Paha is avoiding it.
Otter takes one on the button. Paha fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Paha swats away the attempt to clinch by Otter. Paha scores with a crisp jab that stopped Otter in his tracks. Otter tries to clinch but Paha is having none of it. Paha scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Otter doesn't seem bothered though. Otter takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Paha is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Otter is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Otter tries to clinch but Paha moves out of range. Otter tries to close the distance and clinch but Paha swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Paha feints and then cracks Otter's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Otter down. Otter wants to clinch up but Paha keeps it at a distance. The fight stays on the outside here - Otter looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Paha punishes Otter's body with a nice straight punch. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Otter is looking to clinch.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Otter fails with a takedown attempt. Paha scores with a hook to the body. Otter takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Otter gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Oooh a lovely combination from Paha sends Otter down but not out. Paha dives into side control looking to finish.
Otter is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Paha stands up. Oh Otter is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Otter takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Otter seems to have got his legs back now. Paha lands with a right and another and another! Otter is in big trouble! Paha lands again and this time it's lights out for Otter! A quality knockout there for Paha.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Iso Paha! Iso Paha is the new light heavyweight champion!
