The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Moorer drives through with a takedown into Sweatpants's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Moorer lands a couple of elbows.
Moorer is looking to work some ground and pound but Sweatpants has wrist control.
Moorer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sweatpants swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Moorer is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Moorer wants to stand and escape but instead Sweatpants has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Moorer manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sweatpants wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Moorer.
Oh Sweatpants is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Moorer has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
