Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eli Massey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucas Roy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eli Massey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lucas Roy! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Roy staying out of range there. The fighters circling - Roy throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Roy feints and as Massey raises his hands in defense, Roy changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Roy prevents Massey from getting back to his feet. Roy slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Massey tries to escape but Roy is in control. Roy working the body and head with strikes. Massey takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Massey explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Massey scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Massey pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Roy fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Roy thows a left - swing and a miss! Massey throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Roy swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Massey lands with a hook. Roy tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Massey throws a hook but Roy avoids it easily. Massey looking to land some kicks to the body here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Massey throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Massey fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Massey bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Roy's head. Massey with a body punch. A glancing blow. Massey scores with a jab. Roy scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Roy is nestled in close to Massey, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Massey has hold of Roy's hands but Roy slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Massey is looking to escape. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Massey keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Massey tries to roll over but Roy keeps him under control. Roy stops Massey from getting back to his feet.
Roy in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Massey tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Roy!
