The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Lou da Vinci and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swearingin closes the distance but Marella moves to the side
and Marella counters with a three punch combo that has Swearingin backing up. Swearingin nods at Marella to acknowledge the strikes.
Marella closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Marella lands in his opponent's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
