Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kirk Laputa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wade Stoker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stoker throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Stoker slips a jab from Laputa.
Wade Stoker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Laputa uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Stoker.
Laputa ducks under a wild hook from Stoker.
Stoker throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Laputa throws a right and a left that both miss.
Stoker shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Laputa eats them both and turns towards Stoker to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Stoker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Laputa throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Stoker throws a nice looking combination but Laputa bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Stoker displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Laputa throws out the jab.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Laputa goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Stoker connects with a crisp jab.
Stoker takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Stoker throws out a loose jab but Laputa uses good head movement to avoid it.

A jab lands there for Laputa.
Stoker chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Good leg kick by Laputa there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Stoker throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A slapping leg kick lands for Laputa.
Laputa is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Stoker.
Stoker lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Laputa circles away quickly and effectively.

Laputa creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Stoker! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Laputa.
