Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Conway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Conway's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Money in The Bank. Adams has chosen Kronik as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ryan Conway! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brian Adams! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Conway shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Ryan Conway seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Adams. Conway tries for a takedown but Adams sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Adams clinches up against the cage. Adams leaning against his opponent.
Conway wants the takedown. Adams is fighting it off but Conway persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Adams's guard against the cage. Adams tries to land a sweep but no joy. Adams is trying to keep Conway in close.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Conway's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Adams avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Conway has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Conway trying to control the position from guard on top but Adams is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Conway loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's one minute gone in the round. Adams is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Conway controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Adams pulls Conway in close to prevent any damage. Adams working a defensive guard here.
Conway wants to pass the guard but Adams is keeping the position. Conway slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Adams displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Conway. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Conway. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Adams tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Conway swivels and escapes. No luck for Conway with that takedown attempt. Adams clinches. Adams gets underhooks to prevent Conway's takedown attempt.
Conway is trying to drag Adams to the mat but Adams just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Adams leaning against his opponent.
Conway has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Adams is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Conway lands a takedown into guard.

Adams is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Sloppy strikes there by Conway. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Conway is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Adams is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. You can see the frustration on Adams's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Conway shoots in for a double leg but Adams sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Conway shoots in looking for a takedown but Adams manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Conway's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Conway closes the distance and clinches up with Adams, looking for a takedown. Conway pushes Adams against the cage but Adams circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Conway. That's going to take a lot out of him. Conway shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Adams counters with a nice uppercut. Conway shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Adams defends it nicely. Conway shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Adams as he avoids it easily. Adams shoots in and gets a takedown into Conway's guard. Adams stays in close to Conway's body and controls the position. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Adams makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Adams postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Adams stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Conway swivels though and keeps the full guard. Conway looking to hit a scissor sweep but Adams is one step ahead there. Adams looking to sit in guard and control but Conway gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Adams looking for a sweep. Not yet Adams, not yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Adams is adopting a defensive guard. Adams is trying to control the position but Conway postures up. Conway is looking to work some ground and pound but Adams has wrist control. Adams trying to keep a closed guard but Conway is proving a slippery customer.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Conway trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Ryan Conway overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Brian Adams was stalling too much, according to the referee. Adams pushes Conway up against the cage in a clinch. Conway drops down looking for an ankle pick but Adams pulls his leg out and moves away.
Conway dives in and scores a takedown into Adams's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Adams is adopting a defensive guard. Conway trying to control but Adams is working from the bottom. Adams avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Adams is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Conway is controlling him. Conway trying to control but Adams is working from the bottom. Conway got a little sloppy there for a moment and Adams has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Conway has managed to get both his arms back between Adams's legs - danger averted. Adams pulls Conway in close to his closed guard and prevents Conway from doing any damage or advancing position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Conway looking to sit in guard and control but Adams gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Adams postures up in Conway's guard and throws a big left but Conway blocks it. Conway is pulling down on Adams's head. It's preventing any offense from Adams, at least for the moment. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Ryan Conway has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Conway has his takedown stuffed and Adams counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Conway shoots in for a takedown but Adams shows good takedown defense. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Conway showed some decent athleticism there. Adams tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Conway stops Adams from getting back to his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action! Adams tries to roll over but Conway keeps him under control. Conway stops Adams from getting back to his feet.

Conway wants to control but Adams is keeping him busy. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Conway wants to work for an arm triangle but Adams is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Adams controlling the position for now. Adams is not content to let Conway control the position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Adams tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Conway gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Adams counters by clinching up. Adams has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Conway uses from the top position. Conway trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Conway works a leg free and moves into half guard. Conway is taking a breather. Adams says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Adams is staying active underneath Conway, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
