The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Dimachaerus wants to clinch
letting Cook counter with a right hand.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Dimachaerus stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dimachaerus wants it to stay on the feet.

The crowd cheers as Cook lands an impressive looking overhand right. Dimachaerus doesn't seem phased though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cook closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dimachaerus circles away.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dimachaerus darts in and clinches Cook up against the cage.
Cook jumps guard and drags Dimachaerus to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Cook is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Dimachaerus has his hands clasped together but Cook extends an breaks Dimachaerus's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Cook.
