The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Vladimir Khabensky and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kostoff closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Kostoff tries to pull guard but Silva forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Silva lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Kostoff backwards.
It looks like Ivan Kostoff has been cut.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Silva.
Kostoff tries to stall but Silva uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Silva digs a right hand into Kostoff's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Kostoff's gas tank.
Silva is pressed up against the cage. Kostoff has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Silva down to the mat. Silva avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Kostoff tries to land a front kick but Silva steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Kostoff wants to clinch
and Kostoff takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kostoff is rocked!
Renato Silva is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kostoff shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Silva pinned against the cage. Silva gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Oh Kostoff is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ivan Kostoff. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kostoff looks to land a body kick but Silva moved away.
Kostoff misses with a jab to the body
and Silva counters with a big left hand that crumples Kostoff! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
