Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Viljo Suokas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nic Ola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Suokas might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Limp Bizkit - Break stuff. Ola has chosen Disorder by Ice T&Slayer as his entrance music. Nic Ola has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ola jabs Suokas to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Suokas swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Ola tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Ola on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Ola cracks Suokas with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Suokas takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Ola lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Ola throws a series of punches but Suokas moves out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ola. Suokas does a little dance to reset his feet.
The fighters circling - Suokas throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Suokas ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Ola counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Ola tries to clinch but Suokas is having none of it.

Ola cracks a nice hook into Suokas's ribs.
Ola thuds his right hand into Suokas's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Ola bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Suokas's head.
Suokas chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Ola can pounce on him.

Ola uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Suokas.
Suokas turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Suokas looks for the body kick but Ola saw that one coming.
Ola seems to have recovered his senses.
Ola throws a leg kick but Suokas sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Ola tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Suokas paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Ola is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Suokas had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Good leg kick by Ola there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Ola lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Suokas has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Suokas and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Suokas fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ola has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Suokas uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ola.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Suokas scores with a sloppy right hand. Ola should have avoided that one.
Ola throws the left hand but Suokas avoids the punch easily.

Ola does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Suokas drops his hands momentarily and Ola takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Suokas throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Ola tries to close the distance and clinch up but Suokas swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Suokas is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Suokas will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Ola up against the cage.

Suokas is sitting in close to Ola's body. Ola has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Suokas is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Suokas is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Ola.
