Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Stefan Pruvhe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 3 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Josh Moore!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Roger Salmon.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Moore.
Pruvhe with a hook.

Moore fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Pruvhe sprawls well initially but Moore persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Moore decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Pruvhe ducks under a wild hook from Moore.
No joy there for Moore, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pruvhe slips a jab from Moore.
Moore throws a hook to the side of Pruvhe's head but Pruvhe sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

An inside leg kick from Pruvhe misses.
Pruvhe jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Pruvhe digs a good hook to Moore's body.
Moore fails to land with a series of punches.
Pruvhe lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Moore misses with a double jab
and Pruvhe counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Pruvhe avoids the body shot from Moore.
Stefan Pruvhe is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Pruvhe lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Moore circles away quickly and effectively.
Moore fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Moore throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Pruvhe counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Moore takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Pruvhe ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Moore takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

and Pruvhe counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Moore's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Pruvhe connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Moore scrambles back to his feet.
Moore shoots in looking for a takedown but Pruvhe manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Moore's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Moore shoots in for a double leg but Pruvhe sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Pruvhe throws a right hand that Moore ducks under and follows up with a left that Moore also avoids with ease.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Moore throws an overhand right that lands on Pruvhe's shoulder, as Pruvhe tries to avoid the shot.
Pruvhe stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Moore swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Pruvhe throws a good cross that connects.
Moore misses with a left hand
and Pruvhe counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Pruvhe will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Pruvhe lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Moore throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
The crowd cheers as Pruvhe lands an impressive looking overhand right. Moore doesn't seem phased though.
Moore looks to throw the jab but Pruvhe is out of range.
Horrible takedown by Moore or perhaps it was just good defense by Pruvhe which made him look bad.
Stefan Pruvhe is winning the standup battle so far.
Moore tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pruvhe was well out of range. Poor timing from Moore.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Pruvhe connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Moore momentarily.
Moore is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pruvhe works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Pruvhe drops Moore with a beautiful combination! Moore stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Pruvhe is looking for the KO!
Moore is still on wobbly legs! Can Pruvhe finish him?
Pruvhe is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Moore can do to turn this around?
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pruvhe closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Moore out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
