Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Turpa Jallu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaakoppi Myrsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Myrsky connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Turpa Jallu is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Jallu throws a body punch but Myrsky moves out of range.

Jallu looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Myrsky throws a looping overhand right but Jallu ducks down to avoid it.
Myrsky lands a lovely overhand right.

Myrsky works Jallu's body with a nice hook.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jallu lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Myrsky circles away quickly and effectively.
Jallu is breathing heavily.
Myrsky fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Jallu on the side of the head.
Jallu scores with a push kick.
Myrsky scores with a body shot.

A head kick misses from Jallu.
Jallu gets cracked there but stands up to it.
A swing and a miss from Jallu.
Myrsky throws a body punch but Jallu moves out of range.
Jallu misses with a few strikes there.
Myrsky throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jallu was covering up waiting for the punch and Myrsky finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Myrsky slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
The referee asks Myrsky politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Myrsky prefers to stall for the moment though.

Jallu takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Myrsky is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Myrsky has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Jaakoppi Myrsky was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
