Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alonzo Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ludwig Manres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Manres's choice of entrance music: Aqualung - Jethro Tull. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Ludwig Manres enters the cage!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

18 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ludwig Manres!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris shoots in but Manres avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Harris really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Harris cracks Manres with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Manres dives in and grabs Harris's left leg, looking for a takedown. Harris pushes down on Manres's head and hops out.
Harris catches Manres with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
A big right from Harris misses.
Harris throws a right and a left that Manres avoids nicely.
Manres has his takedown stuffed
and Harris counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Harris throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Manres on the side of the head.
Harris scores with a jab. Manres acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Harris ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Manres moves away.
Manres shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Harris pinned against the cage. Harris gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Alonzo Harris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ludwig Manres.

Harris throws a lazy right hand but Manres sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Harris leaves Manres with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Harris misses with a hook. Manres ducked under it nicely.

Manres has hold of Harris's hands but Harris slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Harris is just content to waste time from the top position. Manres takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Manres is looking for a triangle here but Harris uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Harris is stalling here. Manres is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Harris seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Manres has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Manres has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Manres unloads with some shots from mount but Harris bucks and avoids them well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Harris avoids a strike by Manres and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in Manres's guard! Fantastic escape!
Manres is pulling down on Harris's head. It's preventing any offense from Harris, at least for the moment.

Manres lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Harris!

Manres lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Ludwig Manres showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

After the fight, Alonzo Harris was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
