Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Victor Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pj Veenstra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Don't You Give Your Love Away . Pj Veenstra has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Victor Brown's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veenstra buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Veenstra shoots in looking for a takedown. Brown tries to sprawl out of it but Veenstra keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Brown manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Brown misses the jab.
A punch lands to the side of Veenstra 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Veenstra takes a swing at Brown's ribcage but misses.
Veenstra misses with a wild body shot.
Veenstra takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Veenstra shoots in but no luck this time.
Brown feints and as Veenstra raises his hands in defense, Brown changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Veenstra wants to stand but Brown is controlling the position.
Brown got a little sloppy there for a moment and Veenstra has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Brown has managed to get both his arms back between Veenstra's legs - danger averted.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Veenstra is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Brown defends well.

Brown is nestled in close to Veenstra, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Brown has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Brown breaks from Veenstra's wrist control and lands an elbow.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Veenstra closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Veenstra tried to score with a low kick but Brown checks it.
Brown blocks a jab.
Veenstra misses with a hook. Brown ducked under it nicely.
Veenstra swings widly with a right hand
and Brown counters with a nice double leg into side control. Veenstra won't be happy with that.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Veenstra is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the ropes but Brown has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Veenstra tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Brown wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Veenstra takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Veenstra is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Brown postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Veenstra badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Brown around the waist but Brown pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Brown is the winner by TKO! Brown jumps onto the ropes and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

A very excited looking Victor Brown made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
