Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Sangorrin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marko Santovski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sangorrin comes to the cage accompanied by Sweet Home Alabama. Santovski has chosen Toni Zen-Vo Moj Stil as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, David Sangorrin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marko Santovski!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santovski shoots for a double leg takedown but Sangorrin sprawls well. He's pushed Santovski's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Santovski misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sangorrin goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.


It looks like Marko Santovski has been cut.

Sangorrin is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Santovski is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Sangorrin in particular looking to stall.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sangorrin is pressing down on Santovski's thigh, looking to free his foot. Santovski is holding on for now.

That kick from Santovski tenderised Sangorrin's leg. Sangorrin is trying to keep his angry face on.
Santovski throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sangorrin's waist but Sangorrin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Santovski off to one side.

David Sangorrin overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Santovski is nestled in close to Sangorrin, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
