Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Itsik Obas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vintage Vodka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Obas kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Perfect Gentelman. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obas moves in looking to clinch but Vodka pushes him off.
Obas moves into the clinch.
Vodka pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Obas tries to clinch but Vodka is having none of it.
Obas misses with a kick to the body
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Nice uppercut lands for Vodka. That snapped Obas's head back.
Obas uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Vodka.
Vodka avoids the head kick by Obas.
Vodka will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Obas has closed the distance and engaged Vodka in a clinch.
Vodka misses with a body punch.
Vodka breaks from the clinch.

and Vodka counters with a solid body kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Obas tries to close the distance and clinch but Vodka swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Obas tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Vodka manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Obas throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Vodka fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Obas has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Obas defending well as Vodka loads up on a big left hand.
Obas darts in and clinches Vodka up against the cage.
Obas tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Vodka avoids it.
Vodka dodges an elbow strike from Obas.
Vodka misses with a punch to the body.
Vodka softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Vodka.
Vodka on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Vodka tries to break free but Obas pushes him back against the cage.
Vodka avoids a wild elbow strike from Obas.
Vodka's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Obas tries to clinch up.
Vodka takes a swing at Obas's ribcage but misses.
Obas wants to clinch.

Vodka tries to score with a low kick but Obas moves his leg out of the way.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A head kick from Obas lands but Vodka takes it in his stride.

and Vodka counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Obas takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Vodka feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Obass jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Vodka throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Itsik Obas has been cut.
Vodka thuds a left hand into Obas's body.
Obas is breathing heavily.
A nice leg kick lands there from Vodka.
Vodka throws a head kick but Obas moves out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Vodka misses the shot to the body.
Obas tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Vodka counters with a head kick that wobbles Obas - left then right he sways and one more bomb from Vodka sends him down. This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vintage Vodka!
Vintage Vodka very nearly forgot to thank TFP Graphics - Pit Inc amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
