Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Buster Indechops (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Funk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Indechops comes to the cage accompanied by Pinch Me. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Buster Indechops! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Funk! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Funk shoots in but Indechops avoids the takedown attempt easily. Indechops lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Funk on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Funk moves into the clinch. Indechops dodges an elbow strike from Funk.
Funk tries for a takedown. No joy.
Indechops keeps control of Funk as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Funk breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Indechops throws a series of punches but Funk avoids them all with ease. Funk tries for a takedown but Indechops circles away easily and Indechops counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Buster Indechops has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Funk. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Funk with a poor takedown and Indechops counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Indechops throws a right and a left that Funk avoids nicely. Funk misses with a takedown attempt - Indechops sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Indechops shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Indechops showed some decent athleticism there. Funk avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Indechops.
That's one minute gone in the round. Indechops scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Indechops not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Funk actively working from the bottom here. Indechops throwing shots but Funk is blocking nicely. Indechops works his foot free and advances to mount. Indechops lands a heavy elbow. Indechops looking to finish Funk with some ground and pound. This is bad for Funk!
Funk is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Indechops looking to finish Funk with some ground and pound. This is bad for Funk! Funk is still in real trouble! Can Indechops finish him? Oooooh, big shot lands for Indechops! Funk is hurt baaadly! Indechops is firing away with more strikes - Funk is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Buster Indechops! Buster Indechops decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
