Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lebron James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Torro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torro doesn't succeed with the takedown

so James counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Torro has his foot on James's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. James works his way back into a safe position though.

Torro escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. James gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Torro shoots in for a takedown but James shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

James has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Torro is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for James.

Torro has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Torro changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. James looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
