Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eric Fuller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Monte Melkonian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Melkonian has chosen Artsakh Music as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Eric Fuller has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eric Fuller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Monte Melkonian! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Melkonian dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Fuller. That did some damage! Fuller looks for a takedown but Melkonian sprawls well. Melkonian shoots in for a takedown but Fuller shows good takedown defense. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Melkonian. Fuller misses with a head kick.
Melkonian is trying hard to land a takedown here. Fuller sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Eric Fuller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Monte Melkonian. Fuller looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Fuller fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Fuller fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Melkonian sprawls well initially but Fuller persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Fuller is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Melkonian doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Fuller.
That's one minute gone in the round. Melkonian wants to improve his position but Fuller is controlling well.
Fuller looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Melkonian has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Fuller is working away from the top position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Fuller wants to take a breather but Melkonian is having none of it. Melkonian has one foot on Fuller's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Fuller closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Melkonian did well to prevent Fuller getting side control. Melkonian wants to improve his position but Fuller is controlling well.
Fuller is trying to control. Melkonian wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Melkonian is looking for a sweep. Fuller is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Melkonian works his way to full guard. Good work. Fuller makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Melkonian working a defensive guard here.
Fuller wants to control from the top but Melkonian keeps moving. Fuller stopping the sweep attempt from Melkonian. Melkonian lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Fuller!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Melkonian wants to finish this one by submission but Fuller is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Melkonian. Melkonian trying to control but he's not successful this time. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Fuller is looking to improve his position but Melkonian isn't that keen on the idea. Fuller is squirming around, avoiding Melkonian's attempts to control the action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Monte Melkonian will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Fuller stuffs the takedown attempt from Melkonian. Melkonian gets slowly back to his feet. Fuller drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fuller trying to control the position but Melkonian is working away. Melkonian manages to get back to half guard. Melkonian has hold of Fuller's hands but Fuller slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Melkonian moves into full guard.
Fuller is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Melkonian lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Fuller! Fuller is trying to escape the mount.
Melkonian looking to finish Fuller with some ground and pound. This is bad for Fuller! Fuller wants to hold on but Melkonian pushes him away. Melkonian throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fuller is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Monte Melkonian has got the better of the ground game so far. Fuller working to try and regain half guard.
Melkonian is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Melkonian!
