Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lucky Mercado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Jab (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Lucky Mercado has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Lucky Mercado seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jab is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Mercado defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jab.

and Jab counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Mercado badly! Jab follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Mercado out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Jab finished him against the cage.
