The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romanov dips to his left and cracks Tu with an uppercut!
Romanov takes one on the button.
Tu shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Tu slips a jab from Romanov.
Tu misses with a looping left.
Romanov connects with a solid leg kick.
Romanov lands a leg kick that knocks Tu off balance momentarily.
Alexandr Romanov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tu shoots in but no luck this time.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Romanov lands a jab to the nose.
Tu blocks a head kick by Romanov.
Tu misses with a looping right.
Tu tries to move into range but Romanov moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Tu shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Romanov sprawls well. Romanov wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Tu gets slowly back to his feet.
Alexandr Romanov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vit Tu.
Romanov connects with an inside leg kick.

Romanov displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Tu.
Tu catches Romanov with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Romanov clobbers Tu with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Romanov throws a hook but Tu blocks it.
Tu is trying desperately to land a takedown but Romanov is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Tu.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Tu.
Tu misses with a shot to the body
and Romanov counters with a crisp one two that drops Tu! Romanov thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Tu to his feet! Tu is in big trouble!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Romanov misses with a head kick.
Romanov throws a monster overhand right that drops Tu! Romanov follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
