Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ben Stone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Boston Jones!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Stone looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

That was a close second round but I would say that Ben Stone will probably get the nod.

Jones takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Jones throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Stone's waist but Stone gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jones off to one side.

and Jones counters with a good low kick that Stone was not able to check.

Jones changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Stone looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Stone is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Jones asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Stone tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Jones wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Jones is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Stone is trying to escape and Jones transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Stone is forced to tap! Nice work there by Jones! Very nice indeed!
