Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Murray Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kyo Kurosaki! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Paulo Santos and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Jackson staying out of range there. A slow jab from Kurosaki misses its intended target. Jackson dodges the punch combination from Kurosaki.
Jackson lands a head shot.
It looks like Kyo Kurosaki has been cut. Jackson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Kurosaki misses with a low kick.
Some bone on bone action there as Jackson checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. A clash of legs there as Jackson blocks the low kick. Kurosaki misses with a few strikes there.

It looks like Murray Jackson has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kurosaki throws a low kick but it's checked well by Jackson. Jackson moves out of range as Kurosaki strikes. Kurosaki fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jackson manages to avoid it. Jackson defending well as Kurosaki loads up on a big left hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kurosaki throws out the jab. Jackson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kurosaki finds it's way round the side to connect with Jackson's head. Jackson pushing out the jab but it's not landing. A jab from Jackson misses. A looping hook to the body misses from Jackson. Kurosaki does a little dance to reset his feet. A big right from Kurosaki misses. An inside leg kick from Kurosaki misses. Jackson gets in close and instigates a clinch. Kurosaki scores with a hook to the body. Jackson lands a body shot. Kurosaki tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Kurosaki has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jackson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kurosaki goes for a takedown in the clinch but Jackson prevents it.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Kurosaki prevents a body shot from Jackson. A quick uppercut on the inside from Jackson. Jackson works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Jackson tries to throw a body punch but Kurosaki avoids it by throwing Jackson back against the cage. A body shot lands from Jackson.

Jackson swings wildly with an uppercut but Kurosaki uses good head movement to avoid it. Jackson throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Kurosakis head. Jackson lands a right hand that snaps the head of Kurosaki backwards. Jackson lands a hook that snaps the head of Kurosaki backwards. Kurosaki blocks a body shot from Jackson. Jackson throws a punch but it's blocked by Kurosaki. A right handed body shot lands from Jackson.
Kurosaki tries to work over Jackson's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Jackson will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Kurosaki up against the cage. Jackson lands with a short head shot on the inside.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Jackson is leaning against Kurosaki and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Kurosaki has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Jackson after a bit of a struggle. Jackson breaks the clinch.
A combination from Kurosaki does no damage. Jackson throws out a loose jab but Kurosaki uses good head movement to avoid it. Jackson throws a body punch but Kurosaki moves out of range. Jackson throws the left hand but Kurosaki avoids the punch easily. Jackson misses with a series of wild punches.
Murray Jackson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Jackson works over Kurosaki's head and body with a nice combination. Kurosaki moves away from the strike by Jackson.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kurosaki throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Kurosaki displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Jackson throws out the jab. Jackson rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Kurosaki counters with a nice low kick that buckles Jackson's knee momentarily. Jackson scores with a crisp jab that stopped Kurosaki in his tracks. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jackson throws a shot from downtown. Kurosaki moves away and avoids it. Kurosaki on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Kurosaki works Jackson's body with a nice hook. Kurosaki takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. The fighters circling - Kurosaki throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Jackson swings for the body but Kurosaki moves out of range.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Jackson fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kurosaki looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Kurosaki misses with the combination.
Kurosaki on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Murray Jackson dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Jackson scores with a decent looking hook. Good work by Jackson as he checks the leg kick. Jackson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kurosaki. Jackson cracks Kurosaki with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Kurosaki is rocked! Jackson drops Kurosaki with a naaaaasty hook - Kurosaki is in real trouble here! Jackson dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Murray Jackson!
