Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yedo Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elvis Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kim comes to the cage accompanied by "We Be Clubbin (Eye of the Tiger Remix)" by Ice Cube . Frost has chosen ♪ ♫ ♪ ♫ ♪ ♫ ♪ as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yedo Kim!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Elvis Frost!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kim throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Frost takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Kim moves out of range of the body kick from Frost.
Kim throws out a loose jab but Frost uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kim lands a nice shot that snaps Frost's head back.
Frost takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Frost moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Kim takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Kim lands an overhand right.
A nice inside leg kick there by Frost. That's going to slow Kim down.
Kim gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Frost keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kim.

Frost lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Kim tries to land a front kick but Frost steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Frost is looking to clinch.
Kim motions for Frost to come forward. Kim throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Kim really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Kim digs a good hook to Frost's body.
Frost moves out of range as Kim throws a body kick.
Frost scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kim doesn't seem bothered though.
Frost wants to clinch up but Kim keeps it at a distance.

Frost clinches up with Kim and pushes him back against the cage.

Frost manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Frost jumps guard and drags Kim to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Kim avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Kim is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Frost buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Frost misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kim.
Frost lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Frost takes a swing at Kim's ribcage but misses.
Frost bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Frost lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kim circles away quickly and effectively.

Frost pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Kim clobbers Frost with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Frost has Kim up against the cage in a clinch.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Frost lands with a light punch inside.
Frost goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Frost misses with a punch to the body.
Frost misses with a short punch on the inside.
Kim throws a head punch that misses.

That was a close round but I would say that Yedo Kim will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Frost throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Frost. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Kim wants to get up but he can't break Frost's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Frost controls Kim momentarily but Kim frees himself.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Frost is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kim is aware though and is defending well.

Kim will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

We're going to have a standup here because Yedo Kim wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Kim uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Frost.

Good leg kick by Frost there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Kim fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Frost is out of range.

and Kim counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Frost punishes Kim's body with a nice straight punch.
Kim takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kim drops his hands momentarily and Frost takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Frost thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Kim if he has to take too many more of those.

Elvis Frost showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Frost waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Kim. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Kim to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Frost stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kim swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Frost slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Frost goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Kim rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Frost's guard! Nice work there by Kim!
Frost thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Frost has a closed guard, preventing Kim from standing up.

Frost has his hands on Kim's head, controlling the position.
Kim trying to stand up but can't free himself from Frost's guard.
Frost wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Kim is now in half guard.
Frost is looking for a sweep. Kim is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Frost had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kim defends it easily.

Frost is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Frost wants to control but Kim passes easily into half guard.

Kim postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Frost to stand up.

Kim is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Elvis Frost comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Frost has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Elvis Frost spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
