Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Roman Colt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Colt comes to the cage accompanied by Just What I Am. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Roman Colt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Randy Jones!
The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Jones throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Randy Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jones clobbers Colt with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Jones lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
A decent looking cross lands there for Jones.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jones, as that shot connected.
Jones lands with an overhand left.
Colt fails with a takedown attempt.
Colt fails to land with a series of punches.
Jones throws out a powerful jab.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Jones is trying to break free.
Jones breaks the clinch.
Colt throws a right and a left that Jones avoids nicely.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jones lands a body shot.
Jones misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Colt.
Colt closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Jones's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Colt scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Jones escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Colt gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Colt has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Colt tries to free his leg and advance position but Jones is retaining full guard.
Colt trying to control the position from guard on top but Jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Colt drops back looking for a leg! Jones is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jones manages to kick Colt off! Colt jumps back into Jones's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Colt trying to control but Jones is working from the bottom.
Jones is looking for a triangle but Colt pushes his legs off easily.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Jones is looking to stand up but Colt isn't so interested in that idea.
Colt trying to control but Jones is working from the bottom.
Jones is trying to control the position but Colt postures up.
Jones is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Colt frees his head nicely. Oh but Jones has switched to an armbar! Colt is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
