Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between B Ron Trilliss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Casy Carver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carver is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bon Jovi - It's my life. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, B Ron Trilliss! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Casy Carver! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carver lets loose with a powerful body kick. Trilliss will feel that in the morning. Trilliss really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Carver takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Trilliss fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Carver sprawls well initially but Trilliss persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Trilliss is looking to take a break and control but Carver is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Trilliss looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Carver with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Trilliss is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Carver sees it coming and defends easily. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Trilliss connects with a nice short shot to Carver's temple. Trilliss not landing any meaningful shots this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Carver tries to get to full guard but Trilliss has control of the leg. Trilliss missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Carver trying to control here.
Trilliss is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Carver is just riding it out for now. Trilliss eventually gives up the hold.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carver looks like he's trying to stand up.
Trilliss not landing any meaningful shots this time. Carver has hold of Trilliss's hands but Trilliss slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Carver taking some punishment here, with Trilliss in his half guard. Trilliss throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Carver makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Carver gets caught napping as Trilliss dives in and scores a takedown. Carver manages to retain guard. Trilliss stops Carver from standing up. Trilliss throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Trilliss working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Trilliss postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Trilliss in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Trilliss drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Carver dives on top into guard. Trilliss has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Carver doesn't defend quickly enough and Trilliss has managed to lock this one up! Can Carver escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Trilliss on a fantastic submission victory.

B Ron Trilliss decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
