Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Staehlin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Almighty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Ryoma Takatsuka and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almighty avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Almighty shoots in and bounces Staehlin off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Almighty trying to control but Staehlin is working from the bottom.
Almighty is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Staehlin throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Staehlin is working for a guillotine from mount but Almighty frees his head quite easily.
Staehlin has hold of Almighty's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Almighty manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Staehlin cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Staehlin throws a head kick but Almighty moves out of range.
Almighty moves in looking to clinch but Staehlin pushes him off.
Almighty lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Staehlin keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

That was a close second round but I would say that Chris Staehlin will probably get the nod.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Staehlin, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
