The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardy throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bismarck takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Hardy has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Hardy displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bismarck.

Hardy throws a hook but Bismarck blocks it.

Clint Hardy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luther Bismarck.

Hardy will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Hardy drops Bismarck with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Bismarck looks back up at him and smiles so Hardy waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bismarck with a poor takedown
and Hardy counters with a huge left! Bismarck is in big trouble! He's backing up but Hardy isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Bismarck from any more damage. A dominating finish by Hardy!
