Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Melvin Sledd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leroy Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leroy Jenkins!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Wesley Smith and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins throws an overhand right that lands on Sledd's shoulder, as Sledd tries to avoid the shot.
Jenkins shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Sledd looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Jenkins puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Jenkins missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Jenkins seems to be working for a kimura but Sledd defends the submission attempt.
Sledd is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Jenkins's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Jenkins's back!
Sledd is trying to control but Jenkins is trying to escape here - he's now mounted.
Sledd prevents Jenkins from getting the reversal.
Jenkins tries to lock up and control but Sledd gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Sledd throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
Sledd can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Jenkins is looking to escape.
Sledd with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
Jenkins tries to hold on but Sledd postures up.
Jenkins is trying desperately to improve position.
Sledd tries to control but Jenkins wriggling away.
Jenkins throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
Jenkins is working to get back to half guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Jenkins is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Jenkins is controlling an arm, preventing Sledd from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Jenkins is squirming around, avoiding Sledd's attempts to control the action.
Jenkins is working to get back to half guard.
Jenkins looks gassed!
Jenkins sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Sledd is looking to pass Jenkins's guard but actually Jenkins recovers to full guard.
Jenkins lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Sledd!

Jenkins stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
Jenkins tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Sledd tries for a takedown but Jenkins circles away easily
and Jenkins counters with a one-two to the body.
Jenkins shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
so Sledd counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Sledd stays in close to Jenkins's body and controls the position.
Jenkins manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Jenkins is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Sledd is forced to tap! Great finish!
