Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Snorlax Diddy jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jah Joppe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diddy jr comes to the cage accompanied by The pursuit of vikings. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Diddy jr rushes Joppe and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Diddy jr is pressed up against the cage. Joppe has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Diddy jr down to the mat. Diddy jr avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Snorlax Diddy jr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jah Joppe.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Joppe drives through and clinches with Diddy jr against the cage.

Snorlax Diddy jr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jah Joppe.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Joppe scores a nice knee to the body.
Diddy jr fails to pull guard.

Joppe manages to break the clinch.

Diddy jr feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Jah Joppe showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Joppe is keen to just control but Diddy jr is a slippery customer.
Diddy jr is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Joppe tries to advance to mount but Diddy jr denies him.

Joppe has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Joppe closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Diddy jr to the mat! Diddy jr manages to get full guard.
Diddy jr is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Joppe wants to stand but Diddy jr has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Snorlax Diddy jr has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Joppe looking to sit in guard and control but Diddy jr gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Jah Joppe comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Joppe has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
