Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ned Gein! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jackyp Chan! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chan looks to throw the jab but Gein is out of range. Chan circles away from the clinch attempt.
Gein tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Chan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Gein fails in his attempt to clinch. Gein tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Chan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gein throws a series of punches but Chan moves out of range. Chan keeps the fight on the outside. Chan misses with a wild body shot. Gein moves into the clinch successfully.
Chan is trying to pull guard but Gein has him pressed against the cage. Chan pulls guard effortlessly. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Chan has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Gein has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage. Gein stalling against the cage.
Chan changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Gein fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Gein bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Chan dives in and grabs Gein's left leg, looking for a takedown. Gein pushes down on Chan's head and hops out. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Gein walks away with a smile on his face. Chan gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Gein tries to clinch but Chan moves out of range. Chan keeps the fight on the outside. Chan shoots in for a double leg but Gein sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Gein misses with a wild body shot. Chan is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Gein's half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gein gets full guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gein not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Chan is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Chan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Gein had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Chan defends it easily. Chan trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gein is trying to improve his position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Chan takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Chan keeps trying to improve his position. Jackyp Chan has got the better of the ground game so far. Chan trying to control but not successfully. Gein will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Chan is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Gein is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Chan knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Chan for a finish. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gein tries to keep control of the position but Chan is staying busy. Chan breaks Gein's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Chan missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Gein pushes a forearm under Chan's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Chan is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Ned Gein! A relieved looking Ned Gein thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
