Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Will Boulks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tero Karhula (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Will Boulks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Tero Karhula! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boulks displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Karhula throws out the jab. Boulks uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Karhula. Karhula scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Karhula uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Boulks has time to react. Karhula throws out a powerful jab. Boulks on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Boulks uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Karhula.
Karhula fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Boulks manages to avoid it. Boulks ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Karhula's corner calls for a 1-2. Karhula obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Karhula fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Karhula fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Boulks moves out of range as Karhula strikes. Karhula scores with a nice strike. Boulks takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Karhula misses with an uppercut
and Boulks counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Boulks thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Boulks has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Boulks seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Boulks prevents Karhula from improving his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Karhula keeps trying to improve his position. Karhula pushes Boulks off looking to stand but Boulks dives back in and keeps control.
Karhula is not content to let Boulks control the position. Karhula wants to get back to his feet. Karhula felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Boulks drops an elbow to the side of Karhula's head. Karhula is trying to stand back up but Boulks is controlling him
Nice strikes from Boulks there. Boulks looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Karhula with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Karhula avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Boulks.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boulks trying to control from half guard but Karhula is working away. Boulks missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Boulks seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Karhula is looking to improve his position.
Boulks is keen to just control but Karhula is a slippery customer. Boulks has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Ground and pound from Boulks. Boulks is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Karhula has managed to free his arm - good work. Boulks tries to pass to full mount but Karhula defends it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Boulks is thwarting Karhula's attempts to control the position. Boulks thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Karhula is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Boulks trying to control the action but Karhula is working from the bottom. Boulks sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Karhula defending well though. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Karhula trying to get back to full guard but Boulks takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Boulks working Karhula over with strikes here. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Boulks lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Karhula hang on? And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Tero Karhula will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

and Boulks counters with a nice double leg into guard. Boulks trying to control but Karhula is working from the bottom. Karhula wants to stand but Boulks is controlling the position. Karhula looking for a sweep. Not yet Karhula, not yet. Karhula wants to improve his position but instead Boulks has moved into half guard.

Boulks is trying to control. Karhula wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Karhula wants to improve his position but Boulks is controlling well.
Boulks wants to take a breather but Karhula is having none of it. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Karhula can do anything to dispel that myth. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Karhula is trying to get back to full guard. Karhula gets back to full guard.
Karhula lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Boulks!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Karhula wants to control but Boulks has made it back to half guard. Nice work. Boulks trying to control here.
Boulks is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control. Karhula drops an elbow to the side of Boulks's head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boulks looking for submissions off his back. Karhula seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Boulks does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Karhula passes to full mount! Karhula lands a big shot there that rocks Boulks but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Karhula cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Karhula content just to control the position here. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Karhula with a couple of short strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Karhula cracks Boulks with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tero Karhula! After the fight, Tero Karhula was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
