Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Klaus Andersen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Luciano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Charlie Luciano has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Klaus Andersen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Charlie Luciano! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Donald Grub and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Luciano throws a right hand that Andersen ducks under and follows up with a left that Andersen also avoids with ease. Andersen tries to clinch but Luciano moves out of range. Andersen throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Luciano was covering up waiting for the punch and Andersen finishes the takedown easily into guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Andersen is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Andersen advances position into side control! Luciano holding on. Andersen trying to control the position but Luciano is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Luciano is trying to improve his position. Andersen is looking to take a break and control but Luciano is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Andersen working the head and body with strikes. Luciano has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. Luciano tries to bench press Andersen off him but Andersen keeps the position. You can see the frustration on Luciano's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Luciano tries to improve position but can't. Andersen trying to control the action but Luciano is working from the bottom. Luciano tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Andersen wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Luciano manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Andersen wants to improve his position but Luciano is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Luciano slows the pace down in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Andersen is in trouble now - Luciano has advanced to mount! Andersen stops Luciano from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better. Luciano controlling the position easily from mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Luciano looking to control but Andersen is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Luciano working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Andersen really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Luciano tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Charlie Luciano dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Andersen is looking to clinch. Luciano looks to score with a jab to the body but Andersen is just out of range. Andersen dips to his left and cracks Luciano with an uppercut! Andersen throws the left hand but Luciano avoids the punch easily. Horrible takedown by Andersen or perhaps it was just good defense by Luciano which made him look bad. Luciano misses with a body shot.
Andersen is looking to clinch. Andersen wants to clinch but Luciano slips to the side and Luciano cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Andersen shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Andersen was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Luciano prevents Andersen from moving into mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Luciano tries to buck Andersen off but Andersen is having none of it. Luciano struggling a bit here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Luciano trying his best to control but Andersen has mounted him. Luciano tries to hold on but Andersen postures up. Luciano is in all sorts of trouble here.
Luciano tries to lock up and control but Andersen gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Andersen is landing with some decent strikes but Luciano is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Luciano is wriggling around trying to escape.
Andersen looking to control but Luciano is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Andersen avoids the attempt from Luciano to control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Andersen tries to control but Luciano wriggling away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Andersen working for a guillotine from mount but Luciano is in no mood to give up. Luciano is desperately trying to improve his position but Andersen has a good base and remains in mount. Luciano regains half guard. Andersen seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Luciano does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Andersen is thwarting Luciano's attempts to control the position. Andersen is looking to take a break and control but Luciano is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Klaus Andersen has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Andersen doesn't manage to clinch there - Luciano circles away.
Luciano shoots for a double leg takedown but Andersen sprawls well. He's pushed Luciano's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Luciano circles away from the clinch attempt.
Luciano throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Andersen has closed the distance and engaged Luciano in a clinch.
Luciano gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Andersen keeping moving, preventing Luciano from controlling successfully. Andersen looking to hit a scissor sweep but Luciano is one step ahead there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Klaus Andersen will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Luciano throws a body kick that misses. Luciano swats away the attempt to clinch by Andersen. Andersen keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Luciano fails with the takedown and Andersen counters with a nice double leg into guard. Andersen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Luciano swivels though and keeps the full guard. Luciano trying to control the position here. Andersen tries to free his leg and advance position but Luciano is retaining full guard. Luciano manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Andersen manages to get himself to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Andersen had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Luciano defends it easily. Luciano is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Luciano trying to control the position from guard on top but Andersen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Luciano stands and throws Andersen's legs to the side, diving into side control. Luciano is looking to take a break and control but Andersen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Andersen is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Andersen is looking to improve his position.
Luciano wants to take a breather but Andersen is having none of it. Andersen is looking to get back to full guard here but Luciano has managed to pass to side control instead. Luciano remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Luciano trying to control the position but Andersen is working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Luciano tries to advance to mount but can't. Luciano thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Luciano tries to move to mount but Andersen blocks the move with his legs. Luciano moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Andersen is looking to regain half guard here but Luciano keeps moving and retains side control. Luciano has knee on belly and moves into mount. Luciano takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that's the end of the fight! Charlie Luciano comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Luciano has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
