Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Gomes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron TheKing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
TheKing has Gomes up against the cage in a clinch.
Gomes misses with a hook to the ribs.
TheKing digs a right hand underneath Gomes's ribcage. Gomes let out a lung full of air as it connected.
TheKing connects with a knee to the head.
Gomes tried to land a shot to the body but connects with TheKing's elbow.
TheKing landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Gomes tries to throw a body punch but TheKing avoids it by throwing Gomes back against the cage.
TheKing lands a good knee to the midsection. Gomes won't want to take too many of those.

TheKing's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aaron TheKing dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
TheKing fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
TheKing tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Gomes manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
TheKing lands with a kick to the temple. Gomes shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Gomes is rocked!
Aaron TheKing seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
TheKing feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Gomes collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!

A less than humble Aaron TheKing misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
