The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foreman will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Alvarez uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Foreman.

Foreman throws a lazy right hand but Alvarez sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Alvarez darts in looking for a takedown but Foreman gets double underhooks and turns Alvarez into the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Foreman drops Alvarez with a beautiful combination! Alvarez stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Foreman is looking for the KO!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Foreman throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Alvarez on the side of the head.
Alvarez throws a nice looking combination but Foreman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Foreman feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Alvarez sprawling to the canvas! Alvarez rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Foreman finish him?!
Oh Alvarez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Foreman thuds a left hand into Alvarez's body.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Foreman knocks Alvarez out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). George Foreman!
A relieved looking George Foreman thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
