The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fish lands a jab-cross combination.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Fish.
Fish misses with a wild body shot.
Nice shot by Simmons.
A good leg kick by Fish.
Fish misses with a low kick.
Fish scores with a nice body kick.
Fish misses with the body kick
letting Simmons counter with a right hand.
Fish slips under a jab.
Fish misses the jab.
Fish staying out of range there.
Simmons tries to clinch but Fish is having none of it.
Fish connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Simmons fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Simmons scores with a punch to the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Simmons misses with an uppercut
and Fish counters with a nice leg kick.
Fish lands a head shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A head kick misses from Simmons.
Simmons swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Fish bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Simmons's head backwards.
Fish feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Simmons's calf.
Simmons is breathing heavily.
Simmons has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Fish.
Fish takes a swing at Simmons's ribcage but misses.
Simmons on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Fish drops Simmons with a beautiful combination! Simmons stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Fish is looking for the KO!
Simmons is rocked!
It looks like Drew Simmons has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fish and Simmons are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Fish throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Simmons into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Fish knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
